Meet Amber – The Woman Behind the Bakery

Amber Anderson, the founder and heart of Crumble Crust Creations, started baking sourdough bread as a personal passion. What began in a small home kitchen soon turned into a full-fledged bakery after friends, neighbors, and locals fell in love with her handcrafted, naturally fermented baked goods.

After moving to Colorado Springs from the Bay Area, Amber brought her San Francisco sourdough starter along and began building something special. Her goal? To create a local bakery rooted in craft, connection, and community. Today, Crumble Crust Creations reflects her dedication to quality, authenticity, and the slow art of sourdough.
